The employees were extremely nice. The issue is that I asked for matte black gel nail polish. My nails were painted regular black and then wiped down with nail polish remover to take away some of the shine and called "matte." Not only was I charged $30 for a color I didn't ask for, the polish now has little dips all in it from where the remover took some of the polish off in places. I wish they had turned out better because the people were so sweet I would want to give them my business.
