My Spoiled Pet Resort & Spa I Pet Grooming Birmingham

This was the worst experience ever. Upon arrival, they never even asked for my information. I walked away going, "Wait, they don't even have my number." They took him and just placed him in a room without asking me any preferences for his stay. I called in the middle of the day to check in, and when I asked if he was playing with other dogs, or laying alone, they responded, "Yeah." When I picked him up, she then informed me, "We didn't know which dog you were talking about." So instead of asking for clarification on the phone, I guess she just said yes to shut me up. My dog had an accident on his blanket, urine and fecal, and when I got there to pick him up, they just wadded up the blanket and shoved it into the same bag as his food and treats. As I was leaving, I then had to remind them that they still had his leash. My dog is 13 years old, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I felt very uneasy most of the day knowing that my dog was at My Spoiled Pet Resort & Spa. The experience felt opposite of the name!
