Like other reviewers have said, very old school, "unique" way of doing things.
Lets just say if they sold anything else besides something you can't choose who your provider is....they would be out of business.
Ladies who work there are always nice and professional or at least the one in the middle desk who seems to work the window the most. I'm not sure they have control over how the WW does things, if they do shame on them.
As others have said can't pay with a card in an way shape or form, only cash and check and only by physically driving to them and either going inside (they keep short hours and close for 1 hour during lunch) or using a night drop slot right at the front.
Another issue is they require the stub from your bill with each payment or will charge you $3.00 regardless if you or your check has the account number given. I run into issue with a bill pay service that mails them a check on my behalf every month. Regardless of it the bill is on time I'm charged $3.00 because the bill pay service does not have my stub to mail in with the payment check.
Like I said, why would they change or offer any convenience? You HAVE to pay them for something every human on earth requires. You have no choice but to pay them for water, unless you're going off the grid.
I doubt we'll ever see them change, unless Birmingham WW takes them over.
