After paying for my transmisson to be replaced by Mr. Transmisson, my car was making a loud noise. Mr. Gray, the owner, called me psychotic after I complained about the noise. After taking my car to the dealership, it was discovered that the transmission vent hose was not bolted down or installed. This was causing the hose to interfere with the fan causing noise. The intermediate shaft boot was separated and not installed causing additional unusually noise. The transmission was actively leaking fluid. The power steering line was about 12 inches from where it was supposed to be and at risk of being penetrated.
After the dealership called Mr. Gray and informed him that the transmission wasn't installed correctly and verifing that the noise was caused by a hose being in the fan along with other things, only then did Mr. Gray agree to fix my car.
Two weeks later, the engine splash cover came from underneath my car while driving down the interstate. Mr. Transmisson used zip ties on the front and didn't even bother attaching the back of the splash guard causing it to hang and drag.
