Nice to know I am paying what some would consider a steep price for the internet's DNS to not be responding and for my TiVo to say "There is a problem with the connection to the TiVo Service. Things will be back to normal shortly" when apparently their definition of "shortly" is over FIVE DAYS. I am not going to risk calling customer service when the last time I did that, this same TiVo was resetting itself, and I was charged $29 for them to send out a technician who told me there was nothing he could do
Always have problems with service, don't inform when doing updates they will stop your service. Most of the staff is rude at the counter unless your paying a bill!
