Med Help: Vaughn Mike MD

Dr. Vaughn has taken care of me for many years. ..his preventive style of the practice of medicine is refreshing and effective.

From what I see online, it appears that Dr. Vaughn is the doctor we're looking for except for the fact that he requires payment before we even see him. I just now called his office to see what the average wait time is...my 'wait limit' is 30 minutes and I'd really be annoyed if I paid in advance and had to either wait an hour or longer or lose my money. This was my experience; I basically got hung up on. The first woman I spoke with passed me off to someone else who then transferred me to 'Tanya', the CEO whose mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I had another number for the office and just called that one...but just got disconnected. I was not in the least bit rude, I just asked if they could give me an average wait time. I might get the Dr's home address and send him a letter about how his office staff handled this situation.
