Just went the through the drive thru at 2:45 in the morning. Waited 20 minutes for them to hand my burnt unsalted fries. I explained to the lady that I've paid, sat, and waited for my food. The least I can ask for are fresh salted fries. She then looks at me with disgust and asks if I'd like salt packets. I tell her no, that I want fresh, salted fries. She ignores me and proceeds to get salt packets anyways. I then told her again, "I want fresh, salted fries!" Now she's clearly mad and I'm officially offended considering I'm a paying customer who can't even get what I've repeatedly asked for. To top matters off, they failed to give me any of the 20 receipts they usually put on the burgers and bags. They did this to hide their identity. My food definitely went in the trash. No telling in what other ways they messed with my food. Total waste or 12 bucks but McDonalds just lost this customer. Stay away from this store located beside Flowers Hospital!
