McDonald's

They need better guidance or better employees. There is absolutely no reason that anyone should wait over 20 minutes for hotcakes and sausage. If I wouldn't have come into the restaurant, they would have never came out. SOME of the employees are respectful and have great customer service but most of them don't. Many times I have come in there and only ordered a coke because the cookers are hardly ever wearing hairnets or gloves. However, I can not put all the blame on the workers but I will put full blame on the managers and the supervisors. They are the ones who are suppose to make sure the store is striving for excellence. Instead, they are seriously running the worst McDonald's in Birmingham. These are FACTS!!!! The only reason people are visiting that location is because of its convenience. I'm surprise corporate hasn't already shut it down or fired everyone.
