EXCELLENT customer service! This was our first experience at the Helena location. We got pizza to go and it was burnt on the bottom. I called to let them know because we have had Marco's on 280 and knew the pizza's were usually really good so I just wanted them to be aware ours were burnt in case they were sending others out the same way. The manager was very apologetic, said they were fixing the "oven issue" and insisted on not only refunding our money, he sent two more pizza's to our home (in ALABASTER) for free! The new pizza's were excellent! Thank you very much Marco's Helena for great service and yummy pizza!
