My first experience was with getting my alignment done. I was informed that some parts were worn and would need to be replaced. Since i do most of my own work except tires (No equipment) i opted to buy the parts myself and install them then bring it back for the alignment. They not only gave me the list of parts that they noticed, but when i went back for the alignment they charged me less than they had originally quoted me on the phone.
My second trip was to have a set of 37's mounted and balanced and my spare tire removed from the rim. I had one issue with a stud being broken but they replaced the stud and didn't charge for the part or labor because it wasn't my fault. We had to wait a while but they were really busy that day. Aside from the stud issue,i left that time fairly pleased.
My next trip was to have a pitman arm removed from an old steering gearbox because my puller wouldn't fit. They were not too busy and the mechanic immediately took the part and began removing it. It took barely any time and only cost 15 bucks. The mechanic also was helpful and told me some inforrmation about the fitment of the pitman arms that i was unaware of. I left this time really pleased.
My most recent trip was to have a front tire checked for balance due to bad shaking. The mechanic immediately took it in and checked the tire. He pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on with it, and then balanced it and even took the time to scrape dried clay out of the backside that could have thrown off the balance. He answered my seemingly million questions and we even had a brief conversation about headlights and trucks. When i left to come home, the truck drove beautifully. Obviously i was very pleased with this visit too.
I definitely plan to keep returning. They're very helpful and they have a good knowledge of lifted trucks.
