The women who work here are very rude and unprofessional. After receiving gift certificates a month ago, I have called 5+ times asking for an appointment and never received a call back or any sort of apology for inconvenience. Obviously, if you are not a regular you are not on their radar and will be ignored repeatedly. Hoping I can receive a refund because I am not looking forward to spending any money or time at this business.
