He was sent out by our home warranty to look at our ac unit and told us he would be here at 9:00am he arrived 20-25 mins late. He was very unprofessional I understand that everyone has their own way of doing things but when you are on a service call you do not use profane language. He asked how long we had lived here and said our unit was low on freon and he said he put some in the unit and some "treatment" in it and hopefully it would work. He also said that we need more insulation in our attic and he didn't care if we didn't eat because he recommends getting more insulation. Very very very unprofessional. Luckily my fiance was here. I felt very uncomfortable with him here even with my fiance here. I will NEVER let him back in my house again. Very displeased.
