Madison Park Apartments

This place seemed really nice when I first moved in. I'm in the military and quickly realized they price them selves just below BAH but you have to go get internet which you can't bundle because it had to be completely separate from the cable. Had issues with the owner personally about what can and can't be thrown in the dumpster, if it's something deemed not worthy of their dumpster your told to take over to the construction site dumpster. The pool is closed regularly due to worms, algae growth, or just plain nastiness. Their "gym" is not even usable with the equipment they have not working properly. The quarterly inspections for the AC filter result in harassing remarks about how you setup your personal space you rent from them for close to $800 a month. They had someone walking into people's units and stealing, my unit was walked into more than once while I was home, fortunately the guy ran when confronted but the office didn't care. They said call the officer who lives in the other apartments, he never came by for a statement or returned the call. Overall this place is horrible, the staff and ownership are rude and have a superiority complex, don't care about their tenants, and want to squeeze every some out of you they can get. DON'T RENT HERE! TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY!
