I went in with an old can of SW that I needed matched. The salesman told me that because it was one of their standard colors he would mix up a new can. I asked if he would simply match the sample I brought in. He argued with me and insisted the color would match. So, $40+ later I walked out with a can that he made from their formula. Well guess what you jerk? It didn't match! Now, rather than having a wall that only needed a few touch ups, I have a wall that looks like a patch quilt. Thanks for NOTHING. You argued with a customer and screwed up, you arrogant fool. It's a 40' long wall with a 20' ceiling, and I've paid the price because some insecure, middle-aged guy was intimidated by an amateur who turns out was right. You're a clerk behind a counter - lose the attitude!
