Eda or Eta the nurse practitioner is very nice and gentle with doing your pap and giving you information on std's and cleaning yourself properly. The place is always clean, but i rated this 4/5 because the front desk ladies are rude. Also be sure to ask if your nurse is there because i had to go through the whole paperwork/testing cycle which took an hour just for them to tell me the nurse wasn't there to do my bc. My appt was at 1pm and i didnt leave until 2:30! Now i have to go back
