Horrible Reality company! Very unprofessional realtors and their renters contracts are ridiculous. They are very nice before someone signs a contract, but after a contract or lease is signed they are horrible at returning phone calls and emails. If you do decide to rent or but a property from them, try not to deal with any of Jerry Spurlocks properties.
