We were shopping for a used car for our college daughter who was home on spring break. JoCarra was the first person to walk up and greet us. She was very friendly, able to answer all of our questions, and took the time for two test drives to demonstrate all features to our daughter. She followed up when the model and year vehicle became available. Unfortunately the car sold before we could reach the dealership that evening, but she and Bernie got to work and found a new vehicle in their inventory and made the sale that same evening. We took delivery the following weekend where John Henley in Finance made the final portion of the process seamless as well. Overall a tremendous car buying experience. We just relocated here from Dallas, TX and this is a great first experience in car buying in Huntsville! Well done Landers McLarty!
