Kaiser Pools

We have dealt with Kaiser for 30 years and it was the best decision we ever made in pool service. From the friendliness of the owners and staff to the working of prices and service, they have been the best for us. They have put in liners for us over the year that have done great. Normal wear, roots under the pool itself and bad weather are the only reasons for changing those liners. They just redid our whole pool a like over a year ago with complete new walls, concrete work lights etc. Awesome job. All questions answered and details covered. Concrete work and all fair going rates. Yes I recommend highly.

Worst experience imagined with this pool contractor. They quoted 4 feet of concrete being included with the pool cost and came back and quoted nearly $10,000.00 to add concrete around a 16x28 oval pool with extra concrete for a sitting area. The owner refused to reduce 4 surrounding feet of concrete for the pool from the quote after the Co-Owner Mrs. Kaiser had assured us they would be willing to work on an agreeable price for any extra concrete over 4 surrounding feet. The contractor installed a gas heater for the pool and did not include a gas line for the pool. We called them over to discuss this issue and they nonchalantly said it was our responsibility to install a gas line. This should have been included with the pool installation and the least Kaiser Pool contractors could have done was coordinated the gas line installed for us. We are wondering how this pool passed inspection. The pool contractor took over 6 months to finish the pool after quoting 2-3 weeks for the installation. Inclement weather impacted the process but the delayed timeline was ridiculous. The workers came to work after 9 am and was packed up and ready to leave at 4:30 regardless of their progress. Too many problems to mention but do not recommend this contractor to anyone.
