Went to Madison ER instead waited over an hour to find out the longest person had been waiting over six hours. It seems to be a trend here. This is unacceptable as much as you pay to be seen in an emergency room. People are rude and they really need to fix the way they treat people and the wait time because it's truly unacceptable. This is the second time trying out this hospital and will be the last. It's sad
