Made arrangements for after hours pick up. Agent assured me that someone will be there. I gave them my flight number so they knew what time I will be arriving. Got to the desk and no one was there. It is 1 in the morning and no shuttle service. So needless to say I am stuck at the airport until one of the car rentals open up. This would have been the 3rd time I would have rented a car through Hertz this year alone. I will no longer go back to Hertz even if they offered me a free rental.
Horrible employees and management. Changed my charges and car. Unrealistic and their management along with employees are a bunch of fools. I was treated like I owed them something; they are all entitled employees. You would think they were all a part of a union. They need the attention of the region and the entire staff needs to be turned over. They just lost a presidents circle member.
