Harbin Automotive

This is in reference primarily to their service department. First off, insanely over priced. Was able to find a service center nearby who charges me half of what Harbin was going to charge. Also, a received a recall notice on my F150. I called Harbin and talked to a lady who said she would check to see if my truck needed the replacement and call me back. Well she never called back and after a week I called back up there and spoke to a gentleman who said he too would have to check and see if I needed it and would call me back. That was three weeks ago... and still no call back. Hopefully I don’t crash?
