Bought a 2017 ranger 1000 highlifter edition. First ride I took it on the ball joint popped out because the snap rings were not installed on upper or lower ballpoint on passenger side. Returned it to them on a Monday. Called on Wednesday and was told all the warranty paperwork was done and the buggy would be ready for pickup Thursday. Called Friday to verify the buggy was ready before I drove down to pick it up. I was then told that the buggy wasn't ready because the parts hadn't came in. I called back the next week and was told parts were still on order but no one could tell me when they would be in. Called back the Friday of the same week and still no parts. So the next Wednesday I called back only to find out that parts still weren't in. This was the third week they had my buggy. So I called Polaris to get my warranty claim moved to another shop because I was tired of getting the run around and was told by Polaris that no warranty claim had ever been made. So my buggy had been sitting in there shop for 2 1/2 weeks with no warranty claim ever being made when I was told 2 days after I dropped it off that the claim had already been processed and approved. So when I called hall's back to tell them that I was coming to get my buggy they some how magically received all my parts that they didn't have 2 hours before. I let them go ahead with repairs since I didn't wanna wait two more weeks on my buggy. At this point my buggy had been sitting in their shop longer than I had it at my house. They called me the next day and told me it was ready. But when I went in they tried to charge me $260 for a full service that I had not requested being done. The buggy had 10 hours on it. By Polaris first service isn't called for until 25 hours. They ended up waiving the fee for the service that I had never requested. Overall I had a terrible experience with them. Terrible customer service.
