Hacienda San Miguel: House of Tequila

Love it!! The food is always good!! Calling in a order can be aggravating. They put you on hold for sometimes 20+min and even if you hang up and call back they put you back on hold before you can even say that you have been holding forever. This happens about ⅔ of the time. I've even stayed in hold and driven all the way there and went in while still on hold and they just say they apologize for the wait but there has obviously been no attempt to make this problem any better so I give them 3 stars because although the food is great the customer service is not. The service if you dine-in depends on which waiter or waitress you get. Some are wonderful and others let you sit there with no drink left in your cup and continuously pass u up as if their only job was to take your order and that's it.
