I bought a couch set and when I went to pick it up they said they over sold on my couch set. They offered me free shipping but it's been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my couch set. They refused to refund my money and to give me the number to corporate. So I went to the better business bureau, and they said they are unable to help because it is an illegitimate business.
