Freedom Heating & Cooling

My husband and I decided to get our units serviced to make sure they will be ready for the upcoming summer months. After the 2 hour visit and supervisor to come out we received a ridiculous estimate to replace both of our heating/cooling units which were working great, with NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER! We were told our upstairs unit needs to be repaired/ replaced and the one on the lower level was fine. Well the ONLY UNIT THAT IS WORKING IN MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW is my upstairs unit! Now I'm calling SOME ONE ELSE TO HAVE MY UNITS SERVICED BECAUSE NOW THEY DO NOT WORK BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE!!
