I'm a huge Firehouse fan and have eaten at plenty of restaurants in multiple states. This is one of my least favorite of all I've eaten in. Its too small which creates notable traffic jams around the drink machine, the service is on the slow side, sometimes the restaurant isn't clean (could use some sweeping and tables wiped down, etc), and my food isn't made correctly a little more often than I'm OK with. For the positives, employees have always been professional and courteous and the food is always good and fresh.
