Through my web inquiry I was quickly connected with Richard Green. Richard answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and made me confidant that it would be worth the two hour drive from Nashville to visit the dealership.
I did purchase a Fiat 500 Pop and as the dealership was very busy the experience took about five hours. Richard never left my side. Greg Melso, the Fiat sales manager, also did a great job of just keeping me informed as to where they were in the process and when I'd be seeing the finance guy (great too!) to finalize my deal.
