This garage was our "second opinion" garage as we had a diagnostic and estimate done from "A to Z" earlier that day. Larry Favors, at Elgin Auto Repair, gave a totally different diagnostic based on the same symptoms I had told "A to Z" and followed it with a logical explanation why. It pains me to say "A to Z" had quoted me a $800 repair ($600 more than Elgin Auto Repair) and stated there was 100% chance it would fix it. Going here was a great decision.
