This is the worst business we have ever been to. My fiance ordered flowers from them and I received them with broken stems, flowers missing, and the water cloudy in the vase. My fiance tried to contact them for almost a week until FINALLY we got through. The man was so rude on the phone even though this is the first time my fiance went to this business. The first thing out of his mouth was "well don't come back to me anymore." He said he will not refund the money even though we have pictures of the flowers as I received them. I have never talked to someone as unprofessional as this man. You must understand that things happen and customers must be satisfied. If we paid $100 for flowers we should not receive Walmart quality flowers. Even Cosco has better selection of flowers. I don't see how his shop will be open for long.
