I've frequented this establishment five times. The office is clean and comfortable. The location is great. Wait times are slightly over scheduled times. Appointment wait times aren't over two weeks, which somehow is the new norm.
The Support Staff (Admin/Secretaries) are curt and coarse. Think New Jersey. Completely devoid of the "Southern Charm" you'd expect. They either hate their job or hate people. Not sure.
My doctor is a blessing. Honest. Knowledgable. Warm. Reassuring. I can't say enough.
My spouse's doctor is professional. I mean that in a negative way. Twice my spouse has received better treatment at the "Doc in the Box" down the street. One of those instances was a misdiagnosis that ended up in an avoidable admission to Thomas Hospital. Scary.
Now, I understand, no one is perfect. But for what these Medical Professionals charge, people should expect a higher standard of treatment than you'd get at Eastern Shore Toyota.
