Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce

I offered the Chamber, pro-bono to hold workshops for existing restaurant/bar/catering/banquet owners, for clients who would want to open a restaurant, clients who would want to expand their operations or at least improve their financials having been a corporate officer for more than 100 hotels and f&b venues in my last career for 30 plus years. Wrote to Casey Gay Williams, President twice. Unfortunately I did not get even a "thank you but no thank you response". The moto "Promoting Business while Connecting Communities" sounds very hollow to my ears. I have been teaching for SCORE both in Indiana and in Fairhope for free and helped dozens of start-ups while reviving failing businesses, for free. Now that is an organization that understands what is good for the community.
