d.Ream Properties

I would'nt recommend d.Ream to any person. I rented from thet for 5 years. I turned my 30 day notice in one month before my lease ended. They sent me a bill for $1800 where they added my security deposit as a charge and not a credit. One week later I get a call from a lawyers office they sold the debt to in which they gave that law office of people who are no longer on the lease which is illegal. I call their office and they didn't have the common decency to talk to me about the issue. Do not rent or buy from this company. They deal in shady practices.
