I went to my appt with Dr. Spivey as scheduled. I explained to the lady which I made the appt with that I had a toothache and that I'm pretty sure that they would have to extract that tooth.
I got there and was taken to get my x-rays done , then they took me to the dental room.
Dr. Spivey came in and examined my tooth and told me that it had to be extracted and that the ladies up front would give me an appointment. I was very surprised and I didn't quite understand, an appointment for what ?
He said I would have to come back to get this tooth that was hurting me so bad and had my face swollen extracted some other time.
He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he gave me antibiotics and sent me on.
Up front they gave me an appt for 3 days later.
For their sake I must say that they had an appointment 3 hrs later but I was busy then .
Then they wanted to charge me for an emergency evaluation appointment, $27 , I told her how could that be a emergency appt when I had a regular appointment!
She goes , oh yeah you're right. I'm only gonna charge you for the regular one , $7.80 !
The reason why I gave one star is that they sent me home still in pain , and that the front desk lady tried to rip me off.
