Domino's Pizza

When I ordered the pizza and stuffed bread the confirmation e-mail said 20 to 30 minutes. At the 1 hour mark the tracker showed that my order had been delivered, but it hadn't. I called the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. When I told them what was going on they put me back on hold. I talked to James the DM, he said that they were really busy and offered to give me a free meal at a later date (I'm only here for 3 days). He said the driver was on his way but had another stop before mine. It took a total of 90 minutes to get my order! My food was cold and soggy, my soda was warm, and it was ALL made wrong!!! I ordered extra meat and cheese and didn't get it and I ordered garlic sauce but got marinara!! I don't even want the free meal if it's going to be this bad!!
