No help for families who can't afford the $400.00 deposit to enrol in regular utility payment and have to settle on prepay electric, but if your not on prepay they will help. Over a dollar a day to run a fridge and yet still almost a $10.00 fee every month for there service....so in total almost $280.00 in electric alone....and this is on a cheap month....Covington is lucky there the only provider in the area because I do not recommend them.
