Chili's Grill & Bar

Today my wife and I went to Chili's on Lake Shore. I order 8 buffalo wings 2 sodas and fries. My wife order 8 buffalo wings, a soda, water and fries. The young waitress brought out my wife order and brought out only my fries and 2 soda. I ask the waitress where was my buffalo wings she told me she didn't hear me order no wings. I told her why would I order some fries without wings and you ask me for my order. At that she went back to the back to bring my wings at that time I notice when I ate one of my fries it was cold. My wife ask for the manager and the manager ask the waitress why would she served us cold fries and no wings. At that time she got mad and told the manager to server us himself. The service there is terrible. My advice don't not eat there take your family some where else to eat.
