Very disappointing!!! We've been in Florence 6 months and realised the quality of food here is generally very low at the majority of places we have tried, sadly this place is no different.
We were looking forward to eating here and bad high hopes after people recommended it to us but we regret coming here at all....
I'm amazed by the reviews on here as our experience was far from good!
On her way home my wife called in for lunch getting 2 'large' cheeseburgers a portion of onion rings and chilli cheese fries which all cost over $15.
The burgers were quite small and didn't taste fresh or have a lot of flavour at all. The chilli cheese fries were some of the worst I've ever had, very little cheese and it seemed to be crumbled burger meat instead of actual chilli. The fries themselves were pretty decent. I love onion rings but these were not good, primarily thick solid batter completely drowning any onion inside with a taste wholey of old reheated batter
I like to support local businesses and always encourage people to use independent places over the usual chains but on this occasion I wish we had gone elsewhere. We enjoyed Staggs Grocery store for good burgers, I would suggest that as a much better independent alternative.
