Chapel Creek Apartment

The WORST place to live! They act all nice up front am but once you move in they could care less about your apartment. When I moved in it reeked of smoke. The carpet stunk and was stained...there were holes in the walls, nothing had been wiped down since the last ppl lived here...when I took my 2 year old you the playground their were young teenagers out there smoking weed. The pool was NEVER opened. It was always closed for cleaning even though they were never out there to clean it. The workers took it upon themselves to shoot fireworks at 12 at night while everyone was asleep. The only reason they stopped is because the cops were called..the bugs here are outrageous. They come spray every now in then but nothing is done about it...the rent is so expensive, I wouldn't mind paying it if it were a nice place but it's horrible here. Don't rent here!!!
