Got a diagnosis and estimate for repair on my vehicle. Decided to call around for other estimates, and they got angry when I found someone charging less than half what they were charging. When the car was picked up, they got rude and made snide remarks. It is my right as a consumer to get estimates and decide which service provider I go with. Not at all professional to get an attitude with someone because they exercised their rights to get other estimates and found someone with much better prices!

The explanation was not the problem. It was a tune-up. The problem came when you decided to get an attitude when the car was picked up. Snarky remarks are not professional.
