They are normally very slow. Not particularly friendly, and when I ordered something that was advertised on the drive thru menu (36 piece shrimp for $9.99) I was told that they no longer had that, but I could order 3 12 piece shrimp for $3.99 each, making it more expensive after refusing to honor something they had advertised and visible. Poor service in my opinion, either take it down or honor it.
