A place of peace, love, manager are considered and helping you in some way. A sure place to live?

I have never rented here but I know two couples that have. They have very strict guidelines tenants must follow, but other than that I have heard nothing but positive feedback. The playground for the kids is great and the location is actually ideal (to me anyhow).
