I had to switch to another agent in town after a year of problems. When I decided to leave it was after 3 straight months when my monthly account was messed up, then they tried to charge me for two months. They never could explain to me what was wrong. After telling them I would change insurance if the problem occurred again, and it did, I changed to another State Farm Agent and haven't had a problem since.
