Burlington

Shopping was wonderful, however checkout was ridiculous. I waited in line longer than I shopped. Some people put their merchandise down and left the store. It was only two cashiers on the registers and one served 4 customers while the other one handled one. However it was at least 5 people behind the counter. One felt that it was more important to put up merchandise behind the counter than to assist the customers who were waiting to purchase your products. Sad display of customer service. However, the one cashier worked diligently to move the line as quickly as possible with a smile.
