Budget Car Rental

They were pleasant treated me well both arriving and departing. The car I received was an upgrade but was also dirty so thats why I can't give 5 stars. Update: downgraded to 3 stars. This is a small market car rental that doesn't pay attention to details. The car I received this trip had been driven by a smoker. Got a second car and it was smoky as well so I gave up. I'm supposed to receive a double upgrade and it was a Ford Escape. Fortunately it's only a one-day rental.
