Birchwood Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Since moving in I've been begging for weather stripping for my front door( you can see daylight coming all around it) my patio door has such a bad draft we can't be downstairs on a cold day my kids wouldn't stay sick because the floor gets so cold!!! had a bedroom sliding door fall on my daughter who is 11 months so they came and took all my sliding doors promising to replace and I have yet to see them back up. My ceiling is leaking from the bathtub upstairs, the upstairs floor is so weak is creaks extremely loud when your walking! Under my sink in kitchen is dry rotten and falling thru! And most important I have WASPS in my apartment my 1 year old just had one in her hand thankful that I caught it before she put it in her mouth! They sent pest control and he sprayed in one room leaving pesticides all over my kitchen floor!! And I have kids in this apartment if I'd known they were this type of community I wouldn't have dared put my kids safety at jeopardy! Now I'm stuck for the next 11 months! Oh and the light bills are extremely HIGH maybe because I have to run heat and air constantly to keep it comfortable since all doors and windows have BAD drafts!!!! And this is FACTS!!!
