I Used Big O plumbing twice once with poor results they didn't clean up their mess and they did not repair the wall they damaged and then they told me they "would be there first thing in the morning" when I called them in the morning they informed me they had aanother before me at job at 9 am. I told them that is not what they told me the day before & they told me to find another plumber. I suggest you do too.
