Big Bill's Appliance Service

I've never had a worse experience than Big Bill's. Angie, the owner, didn't trouble shoot at all just made erroneous guesses at what was wrong with my fridge. She came out 3 times, the first time she just told us that our freezer had too much in it but charged for a service call. She looked at nothing, just made guesses then GAVE UP!!! Said the work that was needed she couldn't do. Don't send your Fridge to these people!
