Best Western Plus Carlton Suites

Room updates were nice, looked great compared to the old rooms posted in their pictures. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good. Same items every day, but there was enough variety. Hotel has gone to hardwood floors which are nice but loud. I could here every step the guests above me took and the halls echoed very badly. Guests constantly let the side doors slam which could be heard many doors down. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and its location. If they could find a way to insulate the halls/floor I'd stay there every time.
