An absolute nightmare place to do business. They came out to repair my GE Advantium oven and had to take it back to the shop. They then decided they could not repair it and suggested I purchase a new microwave. I listened to them and bought the one they suggested, only to have it delayed about one week. When I had to pick it up at their business, t offered to install it for $100.00. I agreed and two people came out several days and installed it. However, it was installed not level or centered in the cabinet. They then ran into a tree on my driveway as they were leaving and left a huge limb lying in my yard. My wife called and told them it was not installed correctly and they scheduled a return visit to correct it. When they did not show up as scheduled I called and they said they were not going to correct it but instead were going to return our money for the improper installation. When they came out to return our check they said they were only trying to help and that they were not really qualified to install it. They then denied breaking my tree, although I watched them do it. I have been doing business with them for over twenty years, but will never go back and will discourage anyone else from doing business there. The owner also refused to talk to me or return my call. Terrible business that should shut their doors.
