Employees in clothing are fantastic and so helpful, as for beauty, very rude and not as helpful. Never had a nice experience in beauty isle. Never seen a smile on face

I think this Belk location could use more employees. The dressing rooms were so full of clothing the last time I went I couldn't even hang my clothes on the hook. Belk seriously needs to work on its image by keeping their stores clean and hiring more employees to help. The employees are very nice but you can tell they are all overworked.
